4. Fees & Payment
The fees for our services will be agreed upon in advance. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your contract. We reserve the right to adjust our fees with prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our services, we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service causing the issue.

6. Confidentiality
We are committed to safeguarding your confidential information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
